Admissions Process

Submit Online Registration Form

We are currently accepting applications for Upper Keystage 2 – Keystage 3 (Years 5-9) for the 2023-2024 school year.

 

Please fill out the Registration Form and be sure to have the needed Application Requirements at hand. You will need to upload them to the form.

The $300 CI Application Fee can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

 

Required Documents:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate / Child’s Passport Page
  • Copy of Legal Status (Passport stamp or Work Permit indicating dependancy)
  • Health Insurance
  • Immunisation Record
  • School Reports – last report and previous end of year report
  • Previous school letter
  • Education Psychologist / Neuropsychologist Report*
  • Occupational Therapy*
  • Behaviour Therapy*
  • Arrowsmith Suitability Checklist

Assessment Date

Once the Registration Form is submitted and we have reviewed the student’s application, we will contact you to setup an assessment date.

Enrollment Confirmation

Once the assessment has been made and we have received all Required Registration Documents, we will reach out to you with the Enrollment Decision.

Once the enrollment decision has been made, we will require the seat fee payment and the following form submissions within 10 days:

  • Parent Consent and Liability Release Agreement Form
  • Release of Information Form
  • Confidential Referral Form
  • Administration of Medicine Policy and Form
  • Credit Card Authorization Form
  • Arrowsmith Confidentiality Form
  • Whatsapp Confidentiality
  • Uniform Form
  • Code of Conduct Form
  • Field Trip Waivers
